Title:
Gorgeous 1930's Hand Wound Omega w/Original Radium Dial
Description:
VERYGOOD
condition. This dial shows all
its age in these photo's. Somehow it appears perfect in person. Yes, it
is colored and has some "bumplies" and fading on the outside around the 60 second
track, but at about a foot from the face it appears perfectly "in
character" and these Arabic numerals are all intact (probably
radium considering when it was made), looking very
vintage and nice. The hands are original too and nearly perfect,
especially the luminescent material. The hand wound Omega movement (17.8
SC) dates
this watch to about 1939. It runs almost without error showing less than
3 seconds in all positions per day. The steel, Omega signed screw back
case is in about 90% condition. A new 16 mm Hadley
Roma black leather strap is attached. This is a small to mid-sized
1930's Omega watch measuring 31 mm wide (not including the crown) x 37 mm
long x
10 mm thick.

VERYGOOD condition. Rare original spaceview with new old

parts if ever needed. A new battery has been installed. Measures 35 mm wide (not including the

Rare Coral 19j Hamilton Ross, Circa late 1930's
Serviced
Description:
GOOD condition. Very hard to find watch with its
original glass crystal, dial, case and movement. We have added a new,
easy to grip pink crown which matches very well. Only rated good because
of the aged original dial, aged original hands and scuffed original
glass crystal. Mostly though because of the case which has quite a bit
of wear on the bottom corners. The beautiful high grade American made
Hamilton Caliber 982 runs great and has been fully serviced, oiled
and timed by our watchmaker. Measures 35.5 mm wide (not including the
crown) x 42 mm long x 12 mm thick.

which is keeping good time and can be seen through the display back. A
couple of very faint scuffs and one tiny nick on the edge of the lug at
11. Few
vintage watches can be found with display backs. The kaleidoscope dial has
an inner disc that rotates giving a cool sixties psychedelic effect and
unlike most models you can also see through the entire watch.

Title:
Hard to Find 14k Gold Longines Tank
Description: VERYGOOD condition. Fairly
rare case design with the cut out extended lugs. Solid 14k yellow gold case
was made in America by Longines. It has male spring bar posts rather
than holes and requires female spring bars. The dial is refinished and
just looks OK in my opinion. Some light corrosion on the Swiss made
Longines Caliber 9L. Add $75 for full service plus a two week lag. Runs
fine according to our timing machine though. Original thick glass
crystal. A brand new genuine crocodile strap is included. Check out what
these watches sell for on some competitors sites. CVW's has quite a few
for sale and they are all over $1000. Sometimes customer/viewers think
that if it is cheap, there is something wrong with it so if it doesn't
sell soon, I'll raise the price considerably. It would probably sell
faster if priced higher! Measures 23 mm wide (not including the
crown) x 39 mm long x 7 mm thick.

second hand measures each minute when you start the chronograph. Push

Title:
Excellent Stainless Steel Hand Wound Zenith Sporto
Description: VERYGOOD condition. Sweet
watch with a well made case including a fairly rare clear dust cover not
seen often on wrist watches. The dial is perfect really except that it
has been refinished. We know this in part because of the lack of tritium
on the markers (probably would have been a small dot of it on the
outside edge of each) and the T swiss made T at the bottom denotes
tritium so...also the un-aged appearance as it looks very new and fresh.
The hands appear to be original with aged lum inside. Beautiful shock
protected 18 jewel movement runs great and is a pleasure to view.
Watches with dust covers are usually in better shape than others
especially after all these years. Signed crown. Measures 34.5 mm wide (not including the
crown) x 41 mm long x 10.5 mm thick.

Wonderful Seiko World Timer 6117-6400 Auto GMT
Description:
VERYGOOD condition. Sweet watch in heavy screw back steel.
The crown like most Seiko autos does not wind the watch but quick sets
the date and moves the inner world time cities bezel. Seiko watches are
very efficient and barely require any movement of the wrist at all to
start running. Beautiful original dial. New correct crystal is mint. Red
GMT hand is short and may have been clipped or broken. It makes one revolution per day, not two like the hour hand does.
Comes with a new dark red and padded sport strap which compliments the
colored dial nicely. Measures 40 mm wide (not including the
crown) x 45 mm long x 13 mm thick.
