Title: Small Swiss Made "Florence Miller" Mechanical Alarm Serviced
Description: GOOD condition. We just serviced the Swiss made A. Schild Caliber 1475 hand wound alarm movement on this vintage time piece. It works great but has been used enough to show most of the gold plated parts well worn (on the head). Base metal middle body with a steel back. Original era gold plated and steel bracelet. Original dial say's Florence Miller at the top. She was a beloved Newfoundland author and poet in the early 20th century and I am unsure how her name got on this dial. Two explanations come to mind. This "line" from the manufacturer was a Florence Miller line or I suppose the watch could have been hers as she lived until 1979 dying at the age of 89. Could be another Florence Miller altogether. Measures 33 mm wide (not including the crown) x 40 mm long x 13 mm thick. {$199} Item #4620 SALE! {$145}
