Description: VERYGOOD condition. This collectible vintage time piece has three strong virtues. They are size, aesthetics and price. Because the design is long and curved with stepped sides and because it has a black dial (refinished) and is fairly early (1940's) this could easily be in the $300 range. It has a high grade American made 21j hand wound movement and the original unmarked glass crystal. There is some wear through to brass on the tops of the lugs but this is not seen easily because brass and gold are similar in color when polished. It is keeping good time, is easy to wind and to wear and has a brand new 15 mm wide $30 black water resistant Hirsch Rainbow strap.
