Title: Nice Bulova Accutron, Circa 1967 Description: VERYGOOD condition. Got this watch a couple of weeks ago and put a new battery inside and watched it. It is keeping really good time so far which seems to be somewhat rare with old Accutron watches. They were the first battery or non-mechanical watches and used a tuning fork for accurate timekeeping. You can hear it humming in a high pitch if you hold it up to your ear. This is a Caliber 214, commonly called a back set as the setting mechanism is on the back. See what the movements look like by clicking on this example of a Bulova Spaceview Accutron. which is a see through version we've sold in the past. No crown. Perfect original gold dial. Lightly scuffed and nicked middle body. Measures 34 mm wide (not including the crown) x 40 mm long x 13.5 mm thick. {$169} Item #5756 SOLD
