Rare Breitling Chronomat Chronomatic SOLD Sharp edges. Unbuffed. Never worn, pristine condition. Also never opened or serviced but running fine and keeping very good time. Breitling Caliber 12 micro-rotor automatic chronograph movement is the upgraded Cal. 11/1st automatic chronograph movement ever made. This version keeps wound up a bit better and has 21,600 beats per second opposed to 18,000 for the older Cal. 11. This watch was made in around 1972 to 1973 I think. According to Breitling ad info the left hand wind designates a lack of crown winding needed for it to run and from my perspective, much more comfortable to wear without the crown poking the hand or wrist when bent. You may also find information pertaining to the base movement having to be rotated 180 degrees for the automatic chronograph module to fit. A new Breitling buckle and a new dark brown Hadley Roma MS 2006 Breitling style padded American made alligator strap is attached. No credit cards accepted, too expensive. Cash only.
Measures 41 mm wide (not including the crown) x 48 mm long x 14 mm thick. {$3595} Item #6356
