Title: Excellent 22 Jewel Hamilton
Description: GOOD/VERYGOOD condition. Not sure which model this is but it looks like a "Wilson" except it has 22 jewels instead of 17 which the "book" has it as. Maybe someone will keep me straight with an e-mail. Really nice unbuffed condition. No wear through of the yellow gold filled case but it does have scuffs and one tiny ding on the side opposite the signed Hamilton crown. I like this watch more than the average Hamilton tank because of the larger size and magnificent shock protected, adjusted high grade movement. Take a look by clicking on the image to the left. By this time (mid to late 1950's) Hamilton was at the top of it's game producing finely finished movements lasting for decades if not centuries. Too bad they are no more (American made movements). This watch has its original glass crystal, sterling silver dial and 14k gold markers. The dial is perfect. The crystal has a couple of tiny nicks around the 11 and 12 area. A brand new Hadley Roma padded oil tan strap in attached. Measures 27 mm wide (not including the crown) x 38 mm long x 10 mm thick. {$165} Item #5052
