Title: Early 20th Century Ladies LeCoultre Wristlet w/Hot Dog Expansion Bracelet Serviced
Description: EXCELLENT condition. Sweet! Hard to find early LeCoultre watches of any kind really. This one is probably almost 100 years old and as you can see it once was a pendant watch or was made to be BOTH a pendant and a wrist watch as men were not wearing watches on their wrists at that time (for the most part). Ladies led the way with the trend. Hot dog expansion bracelets are named because of the shape of each link. This one is gold filled and in perfect condition, matching the condition of the head of this old watch which is always good and tells us that they are probably original to one another. Signed A. LeCoultre and E. Blancpain Fils on the hand wound Caliber 40 movement which has been fully serviced, oiled and timed. The mainspring and set bridge have also been replaced with new old stock LeCoultre parts. Measures 24 mm wide (not including the crown) x 34 mm long x 8 mm thick. {$370} Item #4517
