Description: A decent one piece (water and dustproof design) gold filled case which is almost "green" as they call it. A stunning mint condition light gray or light brown original dial compliments the watch and is a pleasure to read in its simplicity. A delicate minute track has tiny luminescent dots at each five minute mark. A brand new acrylic Mido crystal (these take expensive original crystals which are still available) has been added when the watch was fully serviced, oiled and timed. This watch keeps perfect time showing zero daily positional error! Rare for any watch. Mido 17j Swiss made movement has the following attributes. Mostly "in-house" with an A. Schild ebauche (base), central ball bearing rotor, three spoke screwless Glucydur balance, Nivarox hairspring, 19,800 bph (beats per hour), swans neck fine adjustment and Incabloc shock resistance.
