Title: Large 24mm Lugged Tissot Seastar
Description: GOOD condition. I can't recall the last time we had a vintage time piece with a 24 mm lug width. 20 mm is usually the max for vintage watches. This all steel Tissot automatic from about 1970 has been completely refurbished by someone with a newly refinished black dial which is very sharp and quite a bit of pitting on the back but that is all sanded out (no rust or corrosion left). Bi-directional rotating divers bezel and signed crown. We've left an inexpensive black strap on but you may order another one from Hadley Roma if you want something different. Runs great. Quick set date with a push of the crown inwards. I probably shouldn't say this but I am not sure this dial was black or in this style before refinishing. The style is seen often from Asian dial refinishers and overseas dealers. It looks great though and is very legible. Measures 39 mm wide (not including the crown) x 40 mm long x 12 mm thick. {$169} Item #5779
