NIce Wittnauer Steel Automatic EXCELLENT condition. Checked out by Wayne the watch maker and lightly buffed. Sweet dial looks 100% original as the small text is spot on in detail with no blotching/bleeding on sharp corners etc but the vertically silvered finish covers the indices and although dial re-finishers put Swiss made back on the bottom they didn't in the old days and this does not have Swiss down at the bottom like it should along with a "t" for the tritium in the hands and what probably was on the outer edges of the indices before, when it was original. The small step down on each side of each indice was probably lumed. Thiner case than usual automatics but no quick set date. Just have to move the hour hand past midnight to change. Wayne has the Caliber as CIIKAS. I'll research info. Case reference marked on the inside of the slotted screw on back CIIKAS-7000. New crown, crystal and gaskets. Runs great. This is an "omega" at one third the price, in my opinion but many of the lesser known brands like the Benrus thin auto's I have on now, Eternamatics and even Bulova's have high grade, in-house Swiss made dual wind automatic movements in quality cases. They are a great bargain still. Measures 34 mm wide (not including the crown) x 40 mm long x 11 mm thick. {$189} Item #6327
