Description: NEARMINT condition.  This new company has some of the coolest watches on the planet. This is #4 of 5 made and is modeled after the large A. Lange pilot watches from the 30's and 40's. They have found 1960's Fontainemelon 96-4 ST (center second) Swiss made hand wound movements in new old stock condition and built a watch around them. Fine grade brushed and polished steel cases with 3 atm water resistance and heavy screw on slotted backs. All original including the strap which has been worn once or twice. Large onion crown and extremely pleasant black dial. Comes with operating manual and warranty card. Sold new in November of last year (2006). Description: EXCELLENT condition. Just a few faint scuffs on the well made steel bracelet. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Probably two or three years old but taken care of by the original owner.  This is an automatic, ref. 1033115 with a bi-directional rotating bezel, screw down crown and acrylic crystal. It also has its well made and maintained original boxes, instructions and open warranty card. Black Bell and Ross strap with signed buckle is slightly used. One note about the steel case. Click on the image to the left for a close-up of a gouge seen on the 9 side. Looking closely for any other sign of use I have found a small scrap on the bezel at the 5 min mark. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Pre-owned steel watch made in Germany. Gorgeous hand wound movement is a modification of a Swiss made Cortebert design by Molnija. It has beautiful blued screws, shock protection, a 42 hour power reserve, 18 jewels and 18,000 bph (beats per hour). It runs great and has no major sign of age or abuse. Couple of near invisible scuffs and nicks on the bezel. We sold this a couple of years ago to a good client who is trading it in. He wore it about once or twice a week and got a lot of comments apparently. I've never seen one, to be honest and the movement is certainly a sweet piece of work and easily seen through the back. Description: MINT condition. If you have not noticed by now our business is based on honesty. Many professional dealers flat out lie about condition, originality and many other important factors. Our watches are described EXACTLY as they are from my own expert opinion. The point? While this nice new watch says Swiss on the back, it was actually made in China with a Japanese quartz movement. Original equipment manufacturer's, this company specializes in ceramics and tungsten steel jewelry and watches. This ladies diver style timepiece is almost completely made of pink high tech ceramic glass. Very cool piece with a one year warranty. The double deployant style bracelet uses a spring rather than a friction fit connection. It is much easier to put on with one hand. We purchased these as samples and the price is very close to cost, to attract interest. Screw down crown. Small quick set date at four (my only complaint as it is nearly impossible to see). Description: NEARMINT condition. Purchased just over a year ago with all the original paperwork including the signed and dated warranty card, chronometer certificate and steelfish instruction manual. This model has a really nice triple box set of packaging with a neat one watch holder in the center of the heavy black bakelite box. It makes a great travel watch holder. This is an ultra deep, chronometer graded dive watch with a sapphire crystal, screw down crown, rotating divers bezel for timing and sweet and highly luminescent dial. It is lightly used with one or two micro-fine scuffs which may be so light that a hand rub will remove. I don't think this nice brown thick leather strap is original as it is not signed. Title: Nice Modern Breitling Colt, Quartz

Description: EXCELLENT condition. This high grade Swiss dive watch is about 10 years old as we sold it to one of our regulars a long time ago. He's kept good care of it but there are some tiny nicks on the bezel and other light scuffs here and there. Mostly one sees the bezel nicks but we under grade so most are surprised with better condition than said when their watch arrives. Well made with a 1000 foot rating and mineral glass crystal. It does have some scratches on it, the crystal. Checked by Wayne for problems and a new battery installed. All steel with a bead blasted or parkerized type dull finish. Completely original including the dark green dial. Pick any strap $30 or less for free. I like the original which is made by Hadley Roma and looks like this exactly except not marked Breitling. Description: NEARMINT condition. Sweet watch with no discernable wear that I can see. One owner who likes to put his own strap on his watches which saves the original. Description: NEARMINT condition. This is a modern pre-owned watch which is very small for modern watches. Made by one of the English dealers, not sure which but Swiss with a steel back and base metal chrome plated main body. This type of case is much less expensive than all steel cases. Description: EXCELLENT/NEARMINT condition. Wow. I didn't know Bulova was making nice chronos these days but they sure are. Extra big, heavy and thick. Really unusual and comfortable steel bracelet, all bead blasted, not shiny with diver extension. Comes with an extra link and might fit up to a 7 and 1/2 inch wrist. As it is, the bracelet is too small for my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist (without the extra link). Near mint condition except for two small nicks on a spring bar hole edge. Sapphire crystals, including the display back where you can see the Valjoux 25j automatic chronograph movement. Screw down crown. The original owner sent the watch to Jack at IWW and had it bead blasted and re-lumed. It glows well and is literally one of a kind with the new finish and special luminescent dial and hands. Description: NEARMINT condition. Wow. Big watch with a fantastic design, easily appreciated. Pre-owned,  not NIB as there is a difference in prices because of grade but I've been checking the net and these watches don't sell for peanuts, even in these tough times. Retail is at least 6k with some models seen in the $4700 range. Comes with the original fancy box, booklet and two $500 Cartier (signed with original package) crocodile fitted 22 mm straps. Some micro-fine scuffs on one side, where you unscrew the strap bars (from changing straps) and that is about it for wear or signs of age. Original finish. Original double deployant buckle. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Real nice dress watch with a super fine finish that feels great on the wrist. This is a quartz watch so it does not need winding and will keep perfect time. Sapphire crystal is extra hard to scratch or break. 18k solid gold bezel. Large bracelet fits my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist. Comes with the inner and outer Cartier boxes and pamphlet. Retail for this Cartier is over 5k I believe and even pre-owned they easily get $1400 or more but because of a very light spot in the corner of the dial our price is quite a bit lower. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Sweet extra large and thick watch with a high grade 26j automatic movement, 100 meter water resistance and gorgeous black dial. Really closer to nearmint with super fine scuffs found if you look with a loupe. Display back and hack setting feature. Original signed strap and steel buckle. Powered by a newer movement in the market the Sellita SW200. You can read about them at their website, www.sellita.ch Looks similar to ETA movements from what I can see except for a KIF shock protector instead of Incabloc. Of course, most of the movement is not visible through the display back. Anyway, this new movement seems to have a great reputation. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Sweet dress watch by a fine Swiss maker. Steel and gold with a solid gold bezel and thin gold bars between the links of the bracelet. There are about 80 small diamonds in the bezel and a dozen on the original mint gold dial. There are  a few scuffs on the bracelet and a tool mark or two on the back and the watch has been to our watchmaker for a full check up and brand new battery. Concord signed quartz movement. Open gold cartouche on the steel fold over clasp. These usually have a C in them for Concord but someone must have replaced this one with the idea of putting their own initial on it and we can do that for you at no charge if you like. The length of the entire watch is about 7 and 1/2 inches but it is too small for my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist by at least 1/2 inch so my guess is that it fits a 7 to 7 and 1/4 inch wrist and it does have a couple of increments on the clasp and some links can be removed. Description: VERYGOOD condition. Affordable thin high grade Swiss made time piece with superficial scuffs seen on the brushed finish of the cool bracelet. The textured dial is brown and says nine quartz below the center pinion. Completely gone through by Wayne the watchmaker and running perfectly. Very thin with a low profile glass or sapphire crystal. Signed steel crown, gold bezel and gold cartouche in the clasp. This watch measures 7 and 1/4 inches long and probably fits a small or medium wrist, 7 inches or smaller. Title: Steel Concord Saratoga Automatic 200 Meter Diver

Description: I used to not think so much of Concord but only because they make so many quartz watches and I was unfamiliar with the quality. We have had a few different pre-owned models for sale over the years and they are all substantial watches in every category. Design, fit, feel, style and of course, quality overall. Extremely cool watches with original case and bracelet designs. Very nice backs as you can see in the photo and an excellent look and feel on the wrist. Screw down crown and uni-directional divers bezel for timing dives or a roast in the oven. 90% or better overall condition. Probably one link short or fitting large to medium wrists. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Really hard to see much sign of age or wear except on the original strap which is some kind of proprietary diving type rubber, leather combination. The signed and unique double deployant clasp has a couple of micro-fine scuffs. The use of two spring bars in each end of the strap is kind of cool. Safer probably than just one spring bar. Checked out by Wayne the watchmaker and he put in a brand new battery. High grade quartz movement is Swiss as is Corum which is known for very expensive yachting watches and as a high end boutique brand. The large domed crystal is sapphire which is pretty hard to do and really adds flare and eye appeal. Huge overall size and feels big on the wrist too. Has a small date window inside the six and the numerals and hands light up real well for nighttime. We've added a new strap but the old one is in decent shape and can fit about any wrist except extra large, over 8 inches. Retail for these is about $2300. Description: NEARMINT condition. Sweet watch which looks and wears way better than this low price might lead you to believe. The pink gold plated steel case and bracelet have few light scuffs if any and the ETA 25 jewel movement has a gorgeous decorated rotor. Also, the crown screws down and the crystals are sapphire. Croton's branding is is problem, otherwise I can see a nice watch like this retailing for about $600 and selling on the pre-owned market for about $375 or so. Grab it quick if you like the style. Description: VERYGOOD condition. Nice watch but could be as old as the 1990's as it does have a lot of scuffs and nicks especially some visible nicks on the gold bezel. We have buffed it lightly and our watchmaker has gone over watch inspecting the high grade Ebel (Swiss) quartz movement and installed a new battery. These watches have superb thin snakish bracelets. I love them. Thin and dressy.  This one fits my 7 and 1/2 inch wrist just about right. Links may be removed but there are no extras. A two tone Ebel Sportwave is about 3k new. Description: NEARMINT condition. Really cool watch in a very large size especially for the shape. Almost mint with no obvious sign of use. If stared at long enough in the right light one might find a very very faint scuff somewhere. This particular Fortis is a special Swiss Airlines model and is number 0619 of only 1000 made. Sold to our original owner in 2006 and no longer available. Description: VERYGOOD condition. Nice brand which competes easily with some of the higher end Swiss manufacturers. All steel except for the two sapphire crystals, Frederique Constant Caliber 325 has 21 jewels, big date mechanism and second time zone dial at six. Turn the crown clockwise to set both dials then counter clockwise to re-set the larger hands where you want them. Has scuffs and nicks and has been lightly buffed. A few nicks are still evident and the original strap is used which is why this gets a VERYGOOD condition rating. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Property of a Hamilton collector with the original inner and outer Hamilton boxes, unsigned warranty card, original chrono instruction booklet, Hamilton instruction booklet, Hamilton world wide store location card, signed strap and signed buckle. I used to see these watches often back in the day as they were very popular. LL Bean had a model which looked just like this. From the late 80's or 1990's is my guess. Although the original strap is well used, I am not finding a single scuff or scratch on the parkerized steel case, the crystal or any other part. Pick another strap also so you can have a new one.  Non screw down crown but extremely well made watch with a somewhat rare day/date (quick set of course).  Probably mineral glass crystals, not sapphire. Description: VERYGOOD condition. These are very unusual modern watches which were made by Hamilton to show tribute to the prop watch from the movie 2001 A Space Odyssey by Stanly Kubrick. It is all titanium with quartz movements. Three little dial below the large dial can each be adjusted for separate times although they only have one hand, the hour hand. You remove a large springy pointer/poker from the clasp and press it on the back to manipulate the time of these three small dials. The large main dial set normally with the crown and it also has an inner bezel for a fifth time zone. Worn by the first owner with some scuffs and signs of wear including the strap which has been cut. Fits my 7 and 1/2 inch wrist just about right and can be made smaller. Description: NEARMINT condition. Sweet! Large and having a rare double wheel big date, double mainspring Jaeger LeCoultre Caliber 875 movement on display through the sapphire crystal back where you can see contrasting blue screws, fancy Geneva stripes or plate decoration, cut-out area near the center wheel and visible balance assembly. On the other side we see a simple but beautiful engine turned dial with power wind indicator top left. Made originally for active polo players who wanted to protect the glass or crystal from damage or rough conditions and the famous flip over construction is the result. I think that this watch retailed for 11 or 12k but I can't find any for sale so I know few are available. Wayne lightly buffed some micro-fine scuffs from the case and there are one or two faint nicks if you look real close but they are small. The largest and most noticeable is that tiny mark just north of 11, near the top of the main body of the case. The used JLC strap gives an idea of how much the original owner used the watch. Year or two of use in total? The original box and papers are marked 2005. A new Hadley Roma Caiman MS 2012 strap is also included and fits the original signed JLC deployant buckle. Not any strap will fit it. The original used JLC strap also comes with this watch. Wayne said that it is keeping superb time and has a fantastic and impressive movement. Title: Pre-Owned Jean Marcel Pink Automatic

Description: NEARMINT condition. From the original owner and property of a collector and also made in a very short run. From what I can find out, this high grade modern German made automatic is the first example of Laco's reproduction of their original pilot's watch from world war two and was not even completed up to 500.  This is number 130 and features a cool modified ETA AO7.111 which has a real fancy regulator (see close-ups), Geneva stripes on the rotor, perlage, blue screws, shock protection and 24 jewels. The steel case is bead blasted and has sapphire crystals front and back along with an over large onion crown (not screw down). Extra long pilot's strap will fit any wrist but is thick and unusual. Description: EXCELLENT condition. You may not be aware that Seiko has been around since 1881 and invented the first quartz watch in 1969. They also purchased the luxury brand Jean Lasalle which has since gone out of production.  We sold many of these fine timepieces new old stock when WatchCat.com started in 1999. Well made watches with pizzazz this particular thin dress watch is from a little earlier, I think. Barely used with scuffs but little sign of age. Very thin, made out of steel and gold plated base metal and keeping good time as quartz will do. Medium sized bracelet probably fits a 6 and 1/2 to 7 inch wrist. Description: VERYGOOD condition. This watch was here about three years ago and since has had some wear in the form of scratches, nicks and scuffs. It is however, extremely large and tough as it was made for the Canadian Coast Guard and other military forces including American. Marathon makes numerous military issue watches for our military, most less expensive, see this link....click here.  This is a 1000 ft diver with a 25 jewel ETA automatic movement, screw down crown, extra thick sapphire crystal and nice after market Hadley Roma rubber strap. The thick bezel is easy to grip just like the crown. This older version is different than the new ones that you might find available today. This model uses luminescent dials and hands without tritium gas filled tubes. Luminova is used instead which works nicely and looks better than the tubes, in my opinion. Very cool are somewhat rare watch. They only made a few available to the public in 2003 and most collectors are keeping what they have as the model is very popular. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Just got this back from the watchmaker where a new battery was installed and Wayne informed me that this has a high grade Swiss chronograph movement. Description: EXCELLENT condition. This is a one owner modern dive watch with a 25 jewel Swiss (ETA) automatic movement and really cool steel head and super thick heavy steel bracelet. It has three unused extra links and a divers extension. Higher quality than you might expect for the price point. I think the retail for this model is around $650. The clasp is thick as is the extension, not thin metal like you see on some more expensive watches. Extra thick head and cool wavy dial like a Bond seamaster does have some faint scuffs and some small nicks on the edge of the lug at one. Description: EXCELLENT/NEARMINT condition. A little over four years in age/reference 2531-8000, this is one of the finest wearing watches made as far as I am concerned. Especially for the money. It is the model Pierce Brosnan made popular in his James Bond movies and I read that Omega may discontinue it which seems weird as the prices just keep going up for both new and pre-owned. Pre-owned near mint models used to sell for around $1400, we've sold quite a few. Check out our pre-owned price guide under "O". But, looking at other online sellers it seems $1800 is the new pre-owned price. Made of heavy high grade steel the head and bracelet is super smooth and feels fantastic on the wrist. Sweet blue wavy dial, blue divers bezel which rotates to time stuff, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, automatic quick set date chronometer grade movement, screw down crown, helium escape valve/crown and all the original boxes, warranty cards, chronometer card/certificates with matching serial numbers and instructions. Unopened and un-buffed. I can just see some super fine scuffs on the clasp, few on the bracelet-very faint and none on the brushed and polished head that I can find. Never buffed so the original finish is intact. Fits my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist just right. I do have a Seamaster Pro bracelet if you need more links but....not sure I want to poach those off of it as it will lose its value. Branded links are hard to get for almost any company as just about the only way to buy them is to walk into an authorized shop. I have no sources for brand name bracelet links. Just FYI. Description: GOOD/VERYGOOD condition. We sold this nice big SS diver to a friend about 7 years ago and it has had a problem of fogging up when he works outdoors in sweaty humid conditions. Regular time and date on the bottom dial. The large steel case is almost nearmint with some super faint micro-scratches or scuffs and one nick near the AM on the edge of the crystal. Very cool RW micro-rotor 25j automatic movement which you can see part of through the glass on the back. Curved sapphire crystal is anti-reflective and waffle dial is real attractive. Some light scuffs on the crystal with one near the PM text which can be seen the easiest. This is a one owner watch and comes with the original unused black RW strap and signed steel buckle, used but good condition RW brown leather strap and steel deployant buckle, new RW steel tang buckle, original warranty card (signed and dated end of 2005), instruction manual, international guarantee booklet and RW pouch. Description: EXCELLENT condition. If you didn't know, Revue Thommen is a recognizable aircraft instrumentation manufacturer in addition to being very famous for Lyndon Johnson's (US Vice President) preference to wearing a "Cricket". He is seen in several photographs wearing it. This particular watch is about 10 years old and was sold brand new to one of our customers who has traded it in. Wayne has gone through the watch and checked the MSR Caliber 80 in-house hand wound mechanical alarm movement problems and accuracy. It is running perfectly and in superb condition. The heavy steel case is mid-sized for modern watches and has been lightly buffed. RT's brick link bracelets are well made and comfortable. This watch comes with its original box and cards which are unsigned. It also has two extra links. This is a limited edition and has a series number unique to this watch. It also has one of the finest modern or vintage watch dials I have ever seen in this price range. I call it Guilloche (the fancy design in the middle) but that might not be correct. Hard to find a single mark or sign of age on the watch. The RGM Louisiana Alligator strap is slightly used. Description: EXCELLENT condition.  Very cool numbered timepiece made by an American watchmaker Roland G. Murphy. Heavy steel construction and an especially comfortable heavy brink link steel bracelet. Some scuffs on the watch overall, some light bezel scuffs and lug nicks if you look close but a fine presentation in general and too the naked eye. Sapphire crystals and easy to grip onion style non screw down crown. 7 screws hold the display back in place. Notice the additional perlage and Geneva stripes on the movement plates and rotor. Signed carbon fiber strap is in unused condition. Extra links for the original bracelet too. Fancy box comes with it. Description: NEARMINT condition. This is a 20 mm jubilee bracelet for Rolex Datejust models, including 16013 which is where it came from and was original to it. Correct #455 end pieces and correct reference number on the clasp, #62523. Light wear and slightly loose, not very loose or worn out at all. A new authentic replacement for this would be about $2675. It measures 6 and 1.4 inches long not including the two extra links which should fit any 7 and 1/4 inch wrist or smaller. 20 links total. Description: NEARMINT condition. Really nice condition from the original owner back in the early 1990's which wasn't long ago and evidenced by the light wear on the watch. Some faint scuffs on the clasp and sides of the head and a tiny chip or two on the edge of the sapphire crystal, around 4. This is a modern design with an easy to set "quick set" date and hard to break or scratch sapphire crystal. Modern Rolex jubilee bracelets have thicker gold center links, called D links than the older ones and this is one of those. The center gold link is drilled out rather than rolled into a circle and then welded/soldered. The hands have been painted black by the previous owner who wanted to be able to see them a little better. The original gold dial is perfect. This is a steel watch with 18k gold center links on the large original jubilee bracelet, 18k gold fluted bezel and 18k gold screw down water proof crown. The high grade Rolex Caliber 2135 automatic or self winding movement has 29 jewels, has been checked out by our watchmaker and is keeping excellent time. Comes with the original boxes, papers and hang tags and that includes the signed certificate with correct matching reference and case serial numbers. E serial/circa 1991. Beautiful modern ladies prestigious watch with excellent provenance. This model can be seen for sale on many websites but much higher at around 3k. Description: EXCELLENT condition. Sweet watch for the money. Quick set date and chronometer grade movement which is keeping chronometer grade time. Fairly tight jubilee bracelet. The watch has been buffed and was worn but no major scratches or sign of age. R serial number and Reference 15053 with a 26 jewel Caliber 3035 automatic movement. Acrylic crystal. All original. D link bracelet is better than older models and fits my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist but too tightly so any size smaller will be fine. I'll buy extra links back from you after sizing if you have a smaller wrist. These watches fall into a category of quick set Rolex's with acrylic crystals which are underpriced and over looked. The least expensive on-line price I have seen for this model is about $2200. The date model is a mid-sized watch compared to the Date-just. Description: NEARMINT condition. Sweet Swiss made time piece with a gorgeous mint original champagne dial and fantastic overall condition. The case has not been buffed from what I can tell. The back has its original sand marks. The Rolex movement has been fully serviced, oiled and timed by our watchmaker and a new crystal has been added. This is a plastic quick set which means that you can change the date easily via the screw down gold Rolex signed crown. The original jubilee gold and steel bracelet is in good condition, not loose and has two extra links. It is too tight as it is for my 7 and 5/8ths inch wrist but with the extra links I think it will fit wrists 7 and 1/4 inch or smaller. Maybe a 7 and 1/2 inch wrist.  Reference 16013. 8 mil serial. Description: VERYGOOD condition. A last hold out for affordable Rolex models. This is a reference 15053 which is a transitional model between the older plastic non-quick to the sapphire quick-sets. This is a plastic/acrylic crystal quick set 8 million serial number which dates it to about 1985 just before the sapphire models came out. All original with the proper jubilee bracelet and correct clasp although that has been buffed (the clasp). Slightly loose which is a term used to describe Rolex bracelets. When new they are tight and stiff. The watch head is near perfect with a gold crown and engine turned bezel but no scratches or major nicks that I can find. Mint original dial. A gorgeous watch keeping good time and will fit a 7 and 1/2 inch wrist just barely and any size smaller. PS. These have wonderful 26 jewel chronometer grade movements, Caliber 3035.
