Description: GOOD condition. Bigger than most tanks and later in American watch history. Just before closing their doors forever Elgin made some of the finest wrist watch movements you can find. It is adjusted and has 21 jewels to reduce friction of the pivots and other parts. It has its original faceted glass crystal including several scuffs. Average condition dial.
